Terms of Sale / License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using MassiveContents contents. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by MassiveContents your use of our contents indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
One licensed copy of the files may reside on a single server, in use by a single web site or domain name. For each installed instance of the files, a separate license is required.
If the agreement is violated in any manner, the license may be revoked at the discretion of MassiveContents at any time. There are no refunds given for revoked licenses. Revocation of license is at the sole discretion of MassiveContents.

THIS contents IS PROVIDED "AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL MassiveContents OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS contents, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the files. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. Failure to install the files is not a valid reason for requesting a refund of the purchase price, nor is failure to ensure that the files meets the user's requirements.
